Cancellations & Refunds Policy

Job posting is free right now. There are no charges — Premium posts are 100% off as a limited-time launch offer — so there's nothing to cancel or refund. The policy below will apply once paid Premium posts launch.

Premium on Gigsouk Jobs will be a one-time payment per job post — not a subscription. There's nothing that renews or needs cancelling, and we only charge you when you choose to pay for a post.

How a Premium post works

• You pay once for the job you're posting.
• Every post is reviewed by our team before it goes live, usually within 24 hours.
• Once approved, it stays listed for 30 days with your chosen highlight.

When you can get a full refund

• We decline your post — you can fix and resubmit it, or ask for a full refund.
• You change your mind before it's published — request a refund within 14 days of payment, as long as the post hasn't gone live.
• You were charged twice, or charged for a post that failed to save because of a technical problem on our side.

When refunds aren't available

• After the post has been approved and published — the listing has been delivered.
• For posts removed because they broke our Terms & Conditions (for example, misleading or prohibited listings).
• Because a post didn't produce applicants or a hire — we can't guarantee hiring results.

Cancelling or closing a job post

You can close a live job at any time from your employer dashboard; it disappears from search straight away. Closing a post early doesn't refund it. A post waiting for payment or review can be left unpaid — you won't be charged.

Free posts

The Free plan has no charge, so there's nothing to refund. One free post is available every 30 days.

How to request a refund

Email support@gigsouk.com from the address on your account, with the job title and the date of payment. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, to your original payment method — banks usually take 5–10 business days to show them.
