About
ZetaChain, founded in 2021 by Ankur Nandwani, Panruo Wu and team with hubs in San Francisco and globally distributed, develops an omnichain Layer 1 for native cross-chain smart contracts. Its protocol enables EVM contracts that control assets and data on Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and other chains via a single account and cross-chain messaging without wrapped intermediaries, using threshold signature validators. Developers use ZetaChain to build omnichain DeFi, identity and gaming apps that aggregate liquidity. Headquartered with a distributed team, ZetaChain emphasizes chain-agnostic UX, security auditing and ecosystem grants for omnichain builders. Backed by leading investors, the project is progressing through mainnet and partner integrations. Expect a builder-focused culture that values interoperability research, protocol correctness and helping teams ship seamless cross-chain experiences without bridging fragmentation.
