About
Veda, founded in 2024 by Sun Raghupathi and collaborators in New York, builds institutional vault infrastructure for DeFi yield. Its platform, Veda Vaults, abstracts cross-chain staking, restaking and DeFi strategies behind tokenized vaults that handle rebalancing, risk management and accounting for fintechs and asset managers. Designed to let apps offer yield without running keeper infrastructure, Veda integrates with custodians, bridges and protocols while preserving non-custodial controls and audited strategies. Headquartered in New York with a distributed team, Veda operates at the intersection of DeFi and traditional asset management, emphasizing operational safety, liquidity and transparent reporting. Early deployments power vaults across Ethereum and L2s for a growing partner base. Expect a risk-aware, product-focused culture that values DeFi composability, institutional reliability and simplifying yield delivery for builders and allocators.
