About
Plume Network, founded in 2023 by Chris Yin, Teddy Pornprinya, Eugene Y. Shen and Matt Thompson in San Francisco and New York, is the first modular Layer 2 blockchain dedicated to the tokenization and compliance of real-world assets (RWAs). Built on an EVM-compatible stack with native compliance, KYC/AML screening, automated asset onboarding and tokenized yield distribution, Plume connects real-world capital originators with crypto-native liquidity. Backed by Haun Ventures, Galaxy Digital and leading crypto investors, Plume provides full-stack tooling for private credit, real estate and treasuries. The culture values rapid product iteration, institutional partnership craft and standardizing compliance for the on-chain economy.
