About
Orderly Network, founded in 2022 by Ran Yi and Terence Ng in collaboration with NEAR and WOO teams, provides an omnichain orderbook and liquidity layer for DeFi trading. Its infrastructure combines an off-chain orderbook for low-latency matching with on-chain settlement vaults across EVM and NEAR chains, letting brokers and dApps share deep liquidity without central custody. Ecosystem DEX frontends built on Orderly serve a high volume of trades with unified cross-chain margin and permissionless builder tooling. Backed by leading investors including Pantera, Orderly emphasizes composability for pro traders. Headquartered with a distributed team and core hubs across the Bahamas, Singapore and remote, the team moves at DeFi speed. Expect a builder-friendly culture focused on performance, risk engineering and empowering developers to launch trading venues quickly.
