About
Ondo Finance, founded in 2021 in New York by Nathan Allman, formerly of Goldman Sachs, with co-founder Pinku Surana, leads tokenized Treasuries and yield products including OUSG and USDY, plus development of Ondo Chain for institutional settlement. The platform bridges Wall Street yield to decentralized finance composability through regulated, bankruptcy-remote structures, audited reserves and transparent reporting. Backed by leading investors including Founders Fund and Pantera, Ondo partners with custodians and liquidity providers to bring institutional-grade assets on-chain. Headquartered in New York with teams in San Francisco and remote, the firm combines traditional structuring expertise with DeFi distribution. The culture focuses on compliant tokenization, careful risk design and building durable institutional partnerships for on-chain capital markets with clear investor protections globally.
