About
Merkle Science, founded in 2018 in Singapore by Mriganka Pattnaik with co-founder Nirmal AK, builds blockchain forensics and compliance tools Compass, Tracker and Foresight used by regulators and exchanges to trace illicit flows and meet Travel Rule obligations. The platform covers many chains and decentralized finance protocols, emphasizing behavior-based machine learning over static lists to detect risky wallets and bridge activity. Covering investigative workflows and regulator-grade reporting, Merkle helps compliance teams fulfill know-your-customer and anti-money laundering duties across Asia, Europe and the United States. Headquartered in Singapore with offices in New York and London, the company is backed by leading investors including Kraken Ventures and BECO Capital. The team blends on-chain analysis, law enforcement collaboration and product focus on safer crypto markets globally.
