About
Immutable, founded in 2018 by James Ferguson, Robbie Ferguson and Alex Connolly in Sydney, builds Web3 gaming infrastructure including Immutable X and Immutable zkEVM for Ethereum scaling. Its products provide gas-free minting, orderbook liquidity and passport wallets that let games onboard players without exposing chain complexity, powering titles including Gods Unchained and Guild of Guardians. Headquartered in Sydney with hubs in Singapore and Los Angeles, Immutable emphasizes gaming-grade UX, carbon-conscious scaling and partnerships with studios and marketplaces. The platform handles significant in-game asset volume via StarkEx and ZK rollup technology developed with StarkWare. Backed by leading investors, Immutable funds developer grants and publishes research on game economies. Expect a game-first culture that values player experience, economy design and shipping reliable scaling for mainstream gaming adoption.
