About
GRVT, founded in 2022 by Hong Gyu Yea, Aaron Ong and Matthew Quek in Singapore, develops a hybrid exchange that combines centralized orderbook performance with on-chain settlement and privacy. Its platform, GRVT Exchange, offers spot and perpetuals trading with off-chain matching for low latency and zk-based custody that keeps user assets non-custodial while protecting strategy privacy. Headquartered in Singapore with a distributed team across the region, GRVT targets professional traders seeking deep liquidity, self-custody and regulatory readiness without the latency of fully on-chain venues. The exchange operates under offshore licensing with compliance controls and insurance-aware design. Expect a trading and cryptography-focused culture that values execution correctness, risk engineering and building trusted hybrid venues for sophisticated retail and institutional traders daily.
