About
Fun.xyz, founded in 2022 as FUN by Alex Fine and Mario Baxter in San Francisco, provides embedded wallet infrastructure that hides blockchain complexity. Its Fun Wallet stack offers instant, gasless, app-specific wallets via an SDK with account abstraction, session keys and a backend that sponsors fees, letting games and consumer apps onboard users with email or passkeys. Designed for scale, the infrastructure handles key management across EVM chains while preserving self-custody and recoverability. Headquartered in San Francisco with a distributed team, Fun.xyz is backed by leading investors including PayPal Ventures and Aglaé. It serves app developers seeking Web2-like UX for Web3 features. Expect a product-focused culture that prizes smooth onboarding, reliability and helping builders ship consumer crypto without forcing users to manage seed phrases.
