About
Figure, founded in 2018 by Mike Cagney and June Ou in San Francisco, builds blockchain-native lending and capital markets infrastructure on the Provenance Blockchain. Its flagship products include Figure HELOCs, mortgage and marketplace lending with on-chain securitization that shortens settlement from weeks to days. Having originated substantial home equity and loan volume, Figure pairs consumer fintech distribution with institutional funding rails. The company operates the Provenance ecosystem alongside Figure Markets and Figure Technology Solutions, now headquartered in Reno with hubs in San Francisco and New York. Backed by leading investors and banks, Figure emphasizes responsible lending, auditable rails and efficient credit at scale. Expect a culture that blends fintech execution, regulatory discipline and practical application of blockchain to real-world financial products.
