About
Crypto Finance, founded in 2017 by Jan Brzezek, Marc P. Bernegger and Tobias Reichmuth in Zug, delivers regulated institutional services for digital assets under Swiss FINMA oversight. As part of Deutsche Börse Group since its 2021 acquisition, it offers custody, staking, tokenization and brokerage for banks and professional investors via Crypto Storage AG and Crypto Brokerage. The group was among the first to receive a Swiss securities house license for crypto, enabling compliant access to trading and yield products. Headquartered in Zug with offices in Zurich, the firm connects traditional banking rails with on-chain settlement. Backed by Deutsche Börse and leading investors, it emphasizes audit, segregation and operational excellence. Expect a precise, compliance-first culture where engineers and risk teams collaborate closely with regulators and institutional clients.
